How to Read the Cost Ranges on This Site

Where a page shows dollar figures, they are national planning ranges reported by published sources such as the This Old House and Inch Calculator appliance repair cost guides, and the source is named next to the figure. They are not our prices and not an estimate for your repair. Real costs depend on the appliance, the part, the brand and what the technician finds.

Telephone Contact and Call Recording

When you call us, you agree that we may contact you at that number by call or text about your service request, such as to confirm a visit or let you know a technician is on the way. We do not use your number for unrelated marketing.

Calls may be recorded where applicable for quality and training purposes. Where the law requires notice that a call is being recorded, that notice is given at the start of the call.

Call Forwarding When Our Technicians Are Fully Booked

When our technicians are fully booked, when a call comes in after hours, or when we can't get someone to you quickly, your call may be forwarded to another trusted local provider so you can still get help. That provider sets its own availability and pricing, which can differ from ours, and its work is between you and that provider.

Before any provider begins work in your home, we encourage you to confirm their licensing and insurance and to agree on the price and scope of the job.

Limits on Our Liability
